Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I bought a car and on the buyers guide it says I paid the full down payment and they are saying I only paid part of it. Is the buyers guide enough proof that I already paid it?

The controlling documents are the purchase agreement and the financing agreement, not the buyer's guide.
