Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

i just bought a house and in the listing it stated that it had a dishwasher, when we made our offer we asked about it because it was not there and we where told that it would be tooken care of at closing, now that closing haas happened thay dont wont to give us the dishwasher or the money. is there any thing we can do about it.

Yes, you may have a claim against the seller and the agent for the seller. It is possible that you have a claim against your agent, if you had one.
