Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I bought a residental lot in Lake Havasu City about a year ago. We built a house on the lot and in the process had a survey done. It turns out that the neighbors fence is about three feet on my property. What are my legal options.

You can sue the neighbor to have his fence moved or you can sell him the strip of your land that he has wrongly taken from your lot. It is best to do this informally (without court action), so by properly approaching the neighbor, you can resolve the issue and create a "good neighbor" relationship, rather than living next door to someone you hate. I would be happy to consult with you and help you to determine what is the best way to approach your neighbor, after getting more of the facts.
