Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Business sale
I hired a broker to sell my business I have a buyer and the broker has a check for ernest money but she refuses to deposit it. i don't know if she is lying about the check and never recieved a check from the buyer because she keeps refusing to deposit it. now the buyer is pushing the closing date weeks away due to not having the rest of the money and the broker as well is coming up with excuses to push the day . i feel she is working for the buyer and not me the seller. what legal actions can i take?

Re: Business sale
If an offer was accepted and the broker has the earnest check, it should have been deposited with the escrow agent promptly.
