Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Claims of Joint Tenants

For real estate held as joint tenants with right of survivorship, what cases exist outlining the rights and claims of one party to obtain a share of the rental income received by the other party, including the number of years in arrears and if there is nothing in writing?

Re: Claims of Joint Tenants

We offer our time on this site to answer legal questions for the public at no charge. I find that many people are misinformed about the law, especially after receiving advice from "garage lawyers," who are non-attorneys with a little knowledge. However, I cannot do research of legal cases or precedents to provide that information here.

You can seek your own research at the law school law libraries, the county law libraries, the internet, or contact a law student researcher by calling the law schools, or you can consult with an attorney regarding the actual facts of your case.

Good luck and best regards.
