Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Contract with a realtor.

Is it possible to terminate the contract I that signed for my realtor if I suspect that she is not doing anything to sell the property that I hired her to sell.

The safest way is to request that she sign a cancellation of the listing. She might do so voluntarily if you are that unhappy.
