Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I co-own a property in Arizona with my parents. We hold the property as joint tenants with rights of survivorship. My father passed away. Is there some sort of affidavit of death that I need to file to change the property to being titled in my mom's and my names?

You need to record with the county recorder where the property is located a certified copy of the death certificate. That does not change the deed, but does change the ownership, in fact.

You should work with your title company for information.
