Which correct form to use

Hello-

i have a question? my question is that my husband is overseas and we just got approved for a home loan. Which forms do i need for the power of attorney so that i may be able to sign for him on our New construction home contract and our bank home loan? Thank you

You might ask the title company if they have a "form." Arizona has a very tricky and specific power of attorney statute that has pitfalls. Are you an Arizona resident? Will this transaction be in Arizona? Will the POA be signed in Arizona or overseas in front of a JA or notary at the embassy? It might be worthwhile to get a lawyer-drafted power.
