Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My dad was unaware my mom refi their hs in 2006 without my dads knowledge. with the help of a friend of mines who is a loan officer. my mom asked her to help her modify the hs because it was in forclosure my friend went ahead drew the loan docs without my dad signing any papers or knowing what was going on told my mom that the bank wont remodify unless she withdrew equity so my "friend has my mom take out $146,000 with a 10% arm raising with in a year to 16% my mom said she felt she had no choice at the time so she signed the doc but they copied and pasted my dads signiture it was noterized but my dad was unaware of it .untill 2 weeks ago he found out when yhe bank told him his home was up for auction . what can he do at this point?

Your dad has a good claim for damages and can undo the loan. The loan officer has acted improperly in many ways and the employer lender will be responsible for the wrongdoing.

Your father needs to consult with an attorney, at once and take action immediately before this goes on any further. I am available to consult with your father.
