Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

five day notice to vacate my home has been foreclosed

I received a five notice to vacate my property due to a foreclosure. I signed a certified letter on Monday august 4. I have tried to contact the law office and they will not return my call. They said in the letter they will file a forcible entry and detainer 12-1171 or 12-1173.01 to the clerk in superior court. I need another week to move. What is going to happen

You probably have about 3-4 more weeks. First they deliver the notice to you. When you don't move by the deadline, they will request a hearing (It will usually be set 2-3 weeks later). You will lose at the hearing and the judge will give you a deadline to move.

If it were me, I would fax a letter to the law firm and tell them what date you will be gone. It will save then the time and expense of filing the eviction action.
