Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Deed Lein Release

How would I attain

Deed/lein Release

for property; Mortgage

paid in full?

The Original Lein holdered is

not available.

The Original Deed/lein release

was never filed.

Therefor I wholely own my property completely paid for;

yet I do not have a Deed for the property.

I have in my possession letters

showing my payments were made

on time and in full.

But, I am not able to contact the original lein holder for

signature for release of deed.

What do I do in this situation?

Re: Deed Lein Release

I presume the original lender was a private individual. Your post does not state this. Usually when there is an account servicing agent the agent holds the release and reconveyance deed and records it when the payments are completed.

Get help in contacting the lender through an investigator or attorney. If you cannot, you may have to file a quiet title action in the court.
