Re: Deed Transfer

Because the property is situated in Arizona, you would need to file deed documents particular to Arizona. I say this because once the property has been transfered, you will need to record the deed with the county recorder wherein your property is located.

Now, the language to be included on the Deed will play a huge role in terms of taxes, separate vs. community property, and reassessment. All of which would play a role here in California.

If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to call.

Re: Deed Transfer

from the facts given, under the circumstances, it appears the easiest and fastest way to do this would be to use a quit claim deed to transfer all ownership rights to you. if you would like further assistance in this matter, feel free to email me directly.
