Deed Transfer and Title Insurance

I want to transfer a piece of property that I own personally to an LLC that my wife and I are the only members of. Do I have to do this with the Title Company and will they need to reissue a title insurance policy?

If you do it with a Quit claim deed you will transfer the title you now have to your LLC.
