Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Differance in value

I bought a home 2 years ago for 445000 and now it is worth 250000.I'm unable to make my payment,so if I foreclose on the house can I be sued or I'm I liable for the differance? Thanks

Provided that you haven't refinanced, they cannot come after for the deficiency in Arizona.
