disclaimed deed

Sir

i want to know if a husband who is US citizen ,his wife is indian citizen and applied for spouse visa , husnand purchased a house in AZ USA is it nacessery for him to obtain a disclaimer deed from his wife in any condition

Yes, non citizens can own real property in the US.

You should get a disclaimer deed. AZ is a community property state and anything purchased during the marriage is community property. That means that if you get divorced, she could be entitled to half the value or equity in the house.
