Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Disclosure at time of sale of property in AZ
Who is responsible for sold home property with the wrong street address? The home was built backwards and according to County Records, the address should be on the street behind the back of the house. It turns out I don't have access to my garage since my neighbor claims (and the recorder's office verifies) that to get to my garage, I am driving through a corner of his property. All this was discovered after my neigbor began to build a house next to my home and I immediately went to the County office. What remedies do I have? Does responsibility fall on the realty company, builders? This home was bought in good faith by me never expecting to have this problem.

The answer to this question is going to require a detailed analysis of the documents you and the seller signed when you bought the house. See an attorney.
You may be able to force the title company to pay for the legal work that needs done, but I can't say for sure unless I know more details.
