Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Establish my own Compny

I would like to know the proper procedure to establish my own Real Estate Company. I read the Arizona Real Estate Commission website, the information there is not clear to me. Maybe I am not smart enough.

Re: Establish my own Compny

I do not know what you mean by a "real estate company." Do you want to start a company to buy, manage and sell real estate for your own account, or do you want to start a real estate brokerage company. You may want to obtain a real estate license in both cases, and when you qualify, become a licensed real estate broker. Those licenses are obtained from the ADRE.

If you are a real estate investor, you would want to consider forming an limited liability company or a corporation, in order to do business, limit liability and minimize income tax consequences. The question of business organization and how you set up your business is not the concern of the ADRE.
