My Father died and left me his home that has no morgage

First, I am sorry for your loss. Dealing with a deceased parent's estate can seem complicated and may be the last thing you want to do. However, it must be done and it is typically better to do it sooner than later.
If your father left your his home in his will, you will need to have the will probated in the local court. This is a court supervised division of your father's estate. The court is there to ensure the language of the will is followed. If your father had no will, the court will need to assist you in dividing your father's estate as provided for under Arizona law.
I would be happy to discuss more details about your matter. Please find my contact information below.
