Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
My fianc� and I have been together for 8 years - engaged for 5 of them , we bought a home 5 years ago but only my finances name is on the title- I have paid $1000 mortgage payment every month since day one living in the home- if we decide to end the relationship do I lose the home and all the money I've put into it? I have put over $50,000 in mortgage payments in the home over 5 years .
Is there a common law in AZ - help ,what can I do?

There are no common law marriage rights in Arizona.

A person who holds title to property is the presumptive owner of the property.
