Can we force sale

Mother died, left handwritten will leaving land in Az. to 4 siblings. Youngest son was.to sell at a pofit,at the time he was in real estate,that is no longer true. Land is still in mother's name. Can we force him to sell with getting a attorney? Land is now worth much more then she paid for it.
