Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

forgery

I have been divorced 9 years. My ex remarried... to owner of a mortgage company in Phx. Her sister is a notary public official who is co-owner of the Mortgage Co. They have bought and sold property with my ex's investments without his knowledge. I checked the maricopa county recorders records on line and they have forged his signature. I have not revealed this info to him or family. I see 7 Quit Claims and other deeds signed by his wife. They are going thru a divorce. I feel badly for him as he does not know. What is the proper thing to do? Glynis

I suggest you report your findings to him, and he should report it to the police.
