Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My friend was at the top of a parking garage and got written up. They had not seen the no trespassing sign but apparently the garage is owned by a nearby company who had gotten tired of people always being there and demanded that anyone found be written up. At least twenty-two other people have been written up for it, and now she has to go to court. The paper says Third Degree Trespass. What would be the expected punishment for this?
