Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
I had a good friend who purchase a travel trailer in 2005 and the loan is through a bank. He kept the loan in his name and I have been make payment on a travel trailer for the past yr and a 1/2 and he did write up a legal document that states in his death the travel trailer would go to me subject to all liens and encumbrances thereon. He recently died and now I am not sure what to do about the travel trailer or what will happen now. any suggestions?

The trailer is personal property and would usually be inherited by the person(s) designated in the decedent's last Will. If he had no Will, then his property goes to the heirs at law.
The "legal document" you said he wrote, might be considered a Will, but it is not certain. You could make a claim against his estate for the Trailer or for the money you spent making payments on the loan.
