I purchsed a property which involve with a false loan. can I file a law suit in my state for that false loan, or I have to file it in federal court?

You have not provided enough information to answer your question. If you are claiming that the mortgage loan you obtained was fraudulent or illegal, you can file your suit in state court. You should retain an attorney at once and have your lawyer evaluate your claim.
