if my home is in Arizona and it is foreclosed on, will the litigation take place in arizona?

What litigation are you referring to? A foreclosure is usually done by private process, particularly if there is a deed of trust involved, versus a judicial foreclosure. In either case, if you vacate the property and it is sold at a foreclosure sale/auction, there is no further litigation unless the lender is going after you for the deficiency.
