I own a home. My cousin has been renting it. No lease. How do I ask her to move out?
She doesn't return phone calls.

Look at the AZ Landlord Tenant Act, you must give her 30 days' notice that you are terminating her tenancy and that she must return the premises to you. After that, you will have to initiate legal proceedings to evict her.
