Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I own a home in Pennsylvania and am now a resident of Arizona. The house was leased for one year with a rental contract. The tenant has broken the lease and left the property, can I go to small claims court in Az or do I have to go back to PAO?

You have to go to PA to bring legal action against the tenant. You should be careful that you can collect from the tenant, before you spend time and money to chase after the tenant.
