Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Our home was sold at Auction in Error. They intended to sell my father in law's home who only uses our address to receive his mail. We have all the necessary proof. The buyer came and wanted us to leave our property. This is a mistake on the auction part. What do we do?

I suggest that you get legal counsel immediately. You need to properly notify the lender, the trustee who sold the property, and the title company and make the appropriate demands to correct the situation and compensate you for damages caused by their negligence.
