Horse stud rights
If two neighbors who share a back fence, one owns a stud horse and the other a mare, who is responsible if the stud jumps the fence and gets hurt trying to get at the mare?

I suppose the owner of the stud. That may depend upon the complete facts of the case. Is the stud now a gelding?
