Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My house is deeded in my son and daughter-in-laws names. I would like to sell it, but cannot convince them to quit claim the house to me. What legal recourse do I have.?The deed was never in my name, but was purchased with my funds. Thanks

I will be happy to consult with you on this matter.
