Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
My house is deeded in my son and daughter-in-laws names. I would like to sell it, but cannot convince them to quit claim the house to me. What legal recourse do I have.?The deed was never in my name, but was purchased with my funds. Thanks

You should consult with an attorney to discover what the facts are that would give you a legal right to regain title to the house or to get payment from your son and daughter-in-law. Your question cannot be answered from the statement you provided. I would expect that they will claim you made a gift to them of the money so that they could buy the house. For a fixed fee,
I will be happy to consult with you on this matter.
