My house has been foreclosed on and I have a heloc what happens to the heloc

The HELOC is no longer collateralized by the house, however, the right of the bank to go after you personally depends upon what purpose the borrowed funds were used. You should seek legal counsel to determine if you remain personally liable for the HELOC.
