Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

The house was for sale but went into foreclosure and the real estate agent still wants to show it; do I have to let the agent show the house as the current renter within the 90 days given or before the sale date?

If your lease provides that the owner can show the house for sale, while you are occupying the property, then yes, the agent is entitled to show the house. Any buyer will take ownership subject to your leasehold interest.
