Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

My husband and his brother are 50% owners in my deceased father-in-laws home. The remaining widow has not lived in the house for over two years. We heard there is someone living in the home now. The attorney's paperwork says the house is to be sold upon her death or remarrying. Is this legal?

It would depend upon what the Will or the trust actually says, she may have the right to rent the house to someone, since she has not died or remarried. You should retain a lawyer to find out.
