Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
My husband and i own property in maricopa county that has a 15 foot easement on it with the neighbor also having a 15 foot easement. the neighbor to the right lost his house throught a forclosure and then the neighbor across the way decided to put up a wooden fence on the 15 foot easement. their was a 30 foot easement till he took all the 15 feet back behind the fence. he also got a permit and it was approved like this.
i would like to know ehat we can do about this.
