Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

illegal use of personal info

I asked if I could sue the real estate agent that falsiefied all the documents with my personal info, in order for someone else to buy a house in Az The answer was yes to first call the PPD and file charges against him the only problem is that my daughter is the other person and she was the one that gave him all my info to be falsiefied so that she could get the house but without my consent I don't want to hurt her by filing charges against her (even tho were not on speaking terms) can I file charges against the real estate agent and the company that is allowing him to do this . what is the time frame for these kind of things. can I sue him and the real estate Co ? can all this be done from Los Angeles or do i have to go to Az for all this

Re: illegal use of personal info

Your facts are extremely complicated, and close to unreadable.

You are also accusing a real estate agent from somewhere of falsifying documents, but you indicate your estranged daughter gave the agent false information. Also, I don't know what was asked, or of whom. And who is "PPD"?

What company is allowing the agent to do something? What is the time frame for what?

Start again from the beginning, including a title that is now "illegal use of personal info" and tell us what is allegedly illegal, and what kind of personal info are we talking about?
