illegal use of personal info

I need to know what rights I have if a real estate agent falsified my personal information in the state of Arizona to help someone else purchase a house with my credit without obtaining my permission I wasnt notified until they had every thing done and the house was being lived in then they let it go into foreclosure and this real estate person kept giving me the run around and now it appears on my credit he falsified job,w-2s,everything because I didnt live in Az I was and still am living in Ca. This happenned in June of 2006 and the house went into foreclosure in March of 2007 Can I sue this person?

heck yes you can sue!

you should start by calling the police in that area to report this crime!

Yes, from the facts you state you can sue under a variety of causes of action. As Mr. Berger points out, a good place to start would be to file a police report.
