improvements to property
If an individual makes improvements to another persons property (land) with no agreements of any sort is the individual entitled to be reimbursed for those improvements once the individual is no longer permitted to be on the property?

Generally an individual would not be entitled to reimbursement for improvements made to another person's property without authorization and agreement to reimburse from the owner. However, your question raises another issue. Why did the individual make improvements on another person's property with no agreements? If the individual used and possessed the property with no agreements for a period of at least ten years, the individual may be able to claim ownership of the property.
