Any knowledge on how to have a well with 5 homes on it approved for a FHA loan on one home

You should have an agreement between all of the land owners to share the well water and the maintenance of the well and attach those water rights to each of the parcels involved. Then, the FHA can approve a loan on one of the homes because you will have satisfied the requirement that there is water to the property. You should retain legal counsel to do this properly, it is very important that each parcel have water rights, and it certainly enhances the value of each parcel.
