landlord problems

I have a sublease for an appartment stating i'm the primary occupant of it my sub landlord showed up with all their stuff and said she was moving now what can i do? Can she do that?

If you have a valid sublease and if you are not in default, she cannot force you out. If that is not the case, then she would have to evict you and you would have at least a couple of weeks before you would be forced to move by the sheriff.
