Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

What lawyers/law firms help recover property lost/burned when a property owner's renter set a fire which burned my trees? I'd like to know if I can get compensation for replanting trees? Is there a time limit for filing? I'm in Arizona.

There are many lawyers, including myself, who could represent you recover your damages due to your tenant setting a fire. You should look to your homeowners insurance policy first, however, most homeowners policies do not cover these losses, unless you have purchased protection against tenant theft and/or vandalism. You can bring suit against the tenant for the damage caused as well.
