Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

Hi, I have been in a lease for 9 months now. New mangament came in, and did not like the way the apartments was ran. Paid rent on time this month. They took it, and used it for a deposit and sent me a termanation letter. What can I do? Can they do this

Hi, there is insufficient information on which to give you advice. Do you have a written lease with the prior landlord? If so, it may help you. If not, you may still prevent them from doing what they did. In any event, however, you should seek legal counsel to enforce your rights. Good luck.
