Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

How do we get out of a lease purchase agreement when we have been put in the middle of a well battle between the landlord and another person using the well and threatened many times by neighbors for no other reason except that the landlord wins so we keep water?

A lease purchase agreement does not obligate you to buy the property, if written properly. As the tenant, you are not in the middle, even though the neighbor is complaining to you because you occupy the property. You should consult with an attorney, such as myself, to review the lease purchase agreement and advise you of your rights, duties and alternative courses of action.
