is it legal for a private trustee from ca to conduct a foreclosure sale in az and the date of the trustee sale she is in ca instant of az court steps i believe is time to look for an attorney

Yes, the trustee from CA can conduct a sale under the Deed of Trust, but in doing so, the trustee must give proper legal notice and conform to AZ laws. You are not entitled to time to look for an attorney, you must act within the time periods allowed, to cure the default in payment of the loan or to take whatever other legal action you would like to take.
