Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

We got a letter from your Home Owners Association saying that he can't park his work van in our drive way. My husband is required to have his work van at our house because he can get called out any time during the day or night. If he can't have his work van with him he will lose his job. If there any way to get our Home Owners Association to bend the rules on this issue. We live in San Tan Valley and we live in Johnson Ranch.

The answer depends upon how the CC&Rs;are written to determine what flexibility may be exercised. You should hire an attorney to look at the rules they say they are enforcing against you to see if there is a legal argument for your usage. Otherwise, it is a negotiation and most often, you will be more successful, if you have someone negotiating for you.
