A commercial lease does not have to conform to the AZ Landlord Tenant Act, which gives the tenant strong protection for the lease of a residence. The answer to your question requires a review of the lease agreement and its terms and conditions, so that your rights and obligations can be determined, as well as the alternatives available to you. You should consult with an attorney at once.
