Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
I live in Scottsdale Arizona, I can't afford my 9,800 monthly rent anymore due to unpaid taxes and have separated from my wife. I can move out this week, but I don't know what my landlord can do to me. Is there a law in Arizona that dictates how much, or how many months my landlord can collect on me if i don't fulfill the last 9 months of our 18 month lease period?

Yes, you are responsible. But, the landlord does have an obligation to try to find another renter to mitigate some of the damage.
