Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
we made an offer on a short sale and it was excepted As we are presently waiting for the lenders to make the final decision we found out that contents have been moved out of the property. Is that legal?

The answer depends upon what your purchase contract provides. Personal property is not usually included in the sale of real estate, but fixtures are. You can always terminate your purchase contract before the lender has given its approval.
