how to get money back put doan as deposit on mobile home

I put $3000 down on a used mobile home for my daughter. The loan did not go through, now the agent refuses to return my money. it has been over a month. The deal was done in Arizona, but I live in Texas. I have contacted the BBB, but she will not get back to them. How do I get my money back? I have called her several times. Shes keeps saying she will send out a check, but I have not recieved one.

It appears that a little more persuasive method is needed, i.e. a letter on attorney letterhead.
