Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
Mortgage company complaint.
My loan was sold to another lender and there is one payment that the new lender says was not forwarded to them. Instead of asking the old loan company the new company keeps on sending us letters after letters to pay this amount. The worse part is we call every month to straighten things out and fax them all documentas showing this was paid but the letters keep on coming in. now they even call us about it. What can I do to make it stop.

Re: Mortgage company complaint.
sounds like your problem is with the old lender, who should have forwarded the payment. Deal with them and demand immediately performance. If they do not comply, you may have recourse with the state banking department.
Good luck.
