Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona
mortgage problems
My brother an i are both on our first and second house mortgages. He moved out and refuses to pay his share of the mortgages, leaving both of them for me to pay. Any suggestions on how to deal with this situation?

In the absence of a partnership or joint venture written agreement, you will have the remedy of petitioning the court for a sale of the property, asking for credit for the payments you made on his behalf. You will need a lawyer to file the suit and complete it.
